I'm just going through Session 2 of your C# talk at Copenhagen. Nice talk. Would be nice if I could see slightly more explanation as to why you did that, did this and so on.

I wanted to asked about the PseudoEnumDemo, you were declaring the AddImpl and SubtractImpl as private class, but not public static class, is it to prevent it from being instantiated or there's other bigger reason behind? Would it be lighter to use public static as it doesn't incur calling the constructor?
